Membership is required to attend any Lavender Juice Production. Please refer to membership Liability Waiver. Informed Consent, Disclosure, and Release of Liability for The Pleasure Carnival Before attending any event with Lavender Juice Productions, attendees must agree to a Liability Waiver. If the waiver is not agreed to prior to purchasing a ticket, you will not be permitted to attend the event. Lavender Juice Productions is committed to creating the best possible environment for everyone to feel safe, curious, and sexy while witnessing, observing and participating in a variety of erotic art showcased on stage. Consent is Sexy. Uninvited physical contact will not be allowed. Do not touch toys, clothing, or bodies without specific permission from their owner. The privacy of our performers is very important, absolutely no phones, video recording, or photos will be permitted inside of Studio Friction. Consent goes both ways, during the show or interactive experience you do not have to participate, and always have the right to say no. Don’t kink shame anyone’s kink, their choice of dress, their preferences or identity choices, strictly not allowed here, ever! Rowdy or drunken behavior, or any other activity that could tarnish the reputation of the event or is considered unsafe, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave and/or revoke membership of any person who becomes obnoxious or unruly. I am knowledgeable that this event may involve full or partial nudity by some of the participants. I am at least 21 years of age and I will provide true and accurate proof of identification prior to entering studio friction. I acknowledge I am not attending this event, in any official capacity for a federal, state or local law enforcement agency for the purpose of obtaining evidence in any future or pending civil or criminal case of action, nor am I involved with any news or media source that breaches confidentiality. I acknowledge I may observe sexual or sexually suggestive activity and/or imagery by people of all genders and that may include more than two participants. If I find myself uncomfortable I will quietly either avert my attention, or leave the premises. I acknowledge I have the full right to not participate in any activity at any time and I am under no compulsion to participate or to remain on the premises. If at any time you become in violation of these terms, rules or conditions, your membership with Lavender Juice productions will be revoked and you will immediately be asked to leave the premises. We are not liable for personal experiences at our events, nor for interactions between members outside of organized activities. All of this considered, be enthusiastic and soak up the novelty of this uniquely created variety show and immersive carnival.

Membership approval is contingent upon the completion of the membership application and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Code of Conduct: Members are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the values and rules set forth by Lavender Juice Productions. This includes respecting others' rights to privacy, maintaining a safe environment, and engaging in consensual activities only. Event Access: While membership is free, access to certain events may require additional fees or registrations. Members may receive discounts or early access to tickets depending on the event specifics. Termination and Suspension: Lavender Juice Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, engages in illegal activities, or behaves in a manner that is deemed harmful to the community or the reputation of the organization. Liability: Members attend all events at their own risk. Lavender Juice Productions does not assume liability for any personal injury, property loss, or other damages that may occur during an event. Members are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Modification of Terms: Lavender Juice Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members through official channels and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified. Privacy Policy: Member information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected. Members agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with this policy. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or related to membership, efforts should be made to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration, as determined by Lavender Juice Productions. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during events, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and written content, are the property of Lavender Juice Productions and cannot be used without explicit permission. Communication: Members agree to receive communications from Lavender Juice Productions regarding membership, events, and other announcements.

Membership is required to attend any Lavender Juice Production. Please refer to membership Refund Policy. Lavender Juice Productions is committed to providing exceptional events and experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund policy below: Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are available for ticket purchases up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure that we can accurately plan for attendance and resource allocation. Event Cancellation: If Lavender Juice Productions must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation timing. Transferring Tickets: Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 48 hours before the event start time. Ticket holders must contact Lavender Juice Productions with the name and contact information of the transferee to facilitate the transfer. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, ticket holders must email their request to our designated support email, providing the ticket details and purchase confirmation number. Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations involving extenuating circumstances. These exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Lavender Juice Productions management.
